Jonathan is the founder of Chapman Endeavors and serves as Manager of Business Systems & AI Enablement at a state-wide retailer, meaning he builds and maintains the same operational infrastructure at enterprise scale that he brings to small business clients.

His roots go back to logistics at BNSF Railway, where he learned that systems only work if they perform under pressure. That operations-first thinking carries through everything he builds today, from AI-powered workflows and CRM architecture to deep platform work in Smartsheet, GoHighLevel, Salesforce, and the tools his clients are already paying for but barely using.
