Engagement

Level 2: Ongoing Operational Ownership

When the audit is done, someone has to actually run the systems. That can be me.
Most small service businesses don't need a full-time operations hire. They need someone who thinks in systems, owns the health of the stack, and is reachable when something breaks. That's the retainer.

Deliverables:

  • Ongoing ownership of stack health and integrations

  • Monthly reporting on system performance and what shipped

  • Embedded operational judgment, available between meetings

  • Productized automation components built into the relationship as needed

Engagement:

Month-to-month, no long-term contract. Most clients enter at Maintenance after their Friction Audit and grow into Active Operator within a quarter.

Three tiers, scoped to where you actually are

Tier 1: Maintenance

Monthly stack health check, break/fix support, one small automation request each month, monthly report. The floor: your systems don't decay on your watch.

Tier 2: Active Operator

Everything in Maintenance, plus a weekly check-in, one meaningful improvement project each month, and priority response. The level where the roadmap actually gets worked, in sequence, without you chasing it.

Tier 3: Embedded

Everything in Active Operator, plus monthly strategic review with you, direct ownership of two to three core systems, and a quarterly roadmap. The level where we stop being a vendor and start being part of how the business runs.
