Who's Behind This
Jonathan's roots go back to operations/logistics at BNSF Railway, where he learned that systems only work if they perform under pressure. That operations-first thinking carries through everything he builds today, from AI-powered workflows and CRM architecture to deep platform work in Smartsheet, HighLevel, Salesforce, and the tools his clients are already paying for but barely using. He's not a marketer who learned automation. He's an operations person who builds infrastructure that lasts.
